Police Officers operate on the basis of probable cause. We need a lot of information to make a legitimate arrest and pursuant case. We may receive tips anonymously but it greatly hinders the actions we may take. We do appreciate any and all information that our citizens may have in order to assist us in keeping our community safe.

Level 1 Where the Sex Offender Registry Board determines that the risk of re-offense by an offender is low and the degree of dangerousness posed to the public by that offender is not such that a public safety interest is served by public availability, the Board shall give that offender a Level 1 designation. Information on Level 1 offenders will not be available to the public. Neither the police nor the Board have authority to disseminate information to the general public identifying a Level 1 offender. Information identifying Level 1 offenders may only be given to the Department of Correction, any county correctional facility, the Department of Youth Services, the Department of Social Services, the parole Board, the Department of Probation and the Department of Mental Health, all city and town police departments and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for law enforcement purposes. SEX OFFENDER CLASSIFICATIONS Level 2 Where the Board determines that the risk of re-offense is moderate and the degree of dangerousness posed to the public is such that a public safety interest is served by public availability of registration information, it shall give a Level 2 designation to the sex offender. The public shall have access to the information regarding a Level 2 offender through the Local Police Department and through the Sex Offender Registry Board. SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY BOARD Level 3 Where the Board determines that the risk of re-offense is high and the degree of dangerousness posed to the public is such that a substantial public safety interest is served by active dissemination, it shall give a Level 3 designation to the sex offender. VINEYARD HOUSE WEBSITE New Paths is a structured outpatient addiction program for adults who seek alcohol, drug and behavioral addictions recovery and who may also experience co-occurring mental health disorders. ELDER SERVICES Children’s Cove staff facilitates an under-one-roof collaboration of social and legal agencies to protect, treat and counsel child abuse victims and their families, and to investigate and prosecute the abusers. Every facility in the Advanced Recovery Systems network strives to provide the highest quality of care, using evidence-based therapeutic models that really work. Relief Association da Polícia de Tisbury A Tisbury Relief Association é um fundo dedicado a retribuir à comunidade. A Associação concede bolsas de estudo para idosos graduados, residentes que precisam de ajuda com contas médicas e muitas outras causas que ajudam essa nossa grande comunidade. Os rendimentos deste torneio de mini-golfe serão destinados a esse fundo para estar disponível para tais causas. Agradeço antecipadamente.
