Our department appreciates and supports our local businesses.  With this in mind, our department does nightly business checks of businesses in our town. We do this by walking Main Street and assuring that all doors are properly secured.

 

We also check businesses by driving through parking lots with our searchlights on looking for anything suspicious or out of place.  This is one of the steps we take in order to be a proactive police department.
